Terminology Minimize

There are many different techniques that we offer and below is a list and description of some we offer.

Discharge – This is perhaps the most popular process in the retail industry. This ink removes the dye from the shirt leaving the natural color of the shirt. By using discharge instead of a white base the print has an extremely soft hand (Feel of the ink) and vintage look.
Plasticharge – The combination of discharge properties and plastisol. Like discharge this is the same process except when the garment is run through the dryer to remove the dyes the graphic is left with the color used for the plasticharge (ex. Blue on black), instead of, the natural color of the shirt.
Foil – Another popular technique that must be combined with either of the previously mentioned techniques. Foil is applied by printing an adhesive to the shirt and heat pressing the desired foil to the adhesive.
High Density – This technique is a raised sharp edged print accomplished by use of a thick stenciled screen. The end result is a 3D look that comes out at you.

Puff – Another raised print technique except the edges are round but still gives a 3D look.
